So far, I have used this blog sporadically, in part because I live a life that is not eventful, and in part because I do not believe it is a necessary component of blogging to provide a stream of updates, but rather discrete exceprts from the story of one’s life. However, my mind has become lazy from the lack of writing, and to myself, I present the following challenge:

I will write an entry every day, this month, into this blog. Most will be short, simple entries that are no more consequential than this one, but I believe the act of writing every day will allow me to more readily express myself on demand.

Today was a strange day for me, as I had forgotten to bring a beverage with my lunch. I ate my lunch without the aid of water or carbonated liquid. Surprisngly, the sandwich still tasted delicious, and I was able to swallow it without difficulty. Nevertheless, I have learned to make sure I have a beverage in my lunch bag before taking it to work.
